Phase one of the SingleHop AI Defined Managed Cloud Platform mobile app release allows users to be kept up-to-date while on the go on the health of their servers and clouds. The app also gives users the ability to directly message a support representative regarding any of the alerts they receive without needed to exit the app or getting to a desktop.
